Responsible Manufacturing
Responsible Sourcing
100% of the timber used in our production is sourced from FSC-certified forests. We maintain full chain-of-custody documentation for every wood species we use, from forest to finished product.
Clean Finishing
We exclusively use water-based paints, lacquers, and finishing products across our entire production facility — eliminating the VOC emissions associated with traditional solvent-based alternatives.
Zero-Waste Manufacturing
Our closed-loop production system repurposes wood offcuts into smaller components and biomass fuel. Fabric remnants are recycled. We have reduced manufacturing waste by over 40% since 2018.
Clean Energy
Our manufacturing facility operates on a combination of grid electricity and on-site solar generation. We are committed to achieving carbon-neutral manufacturing operations by 2030.
Supply Chain Transparency
All material suppliers undergo annual audits covering environmental management, labour standards, and supply chain transparency. We publish our supplier code of conduct and audit outcomes.
Sustainable Packaging
We have eliminated single-use plastics from our shipping processes and transitioned to recyclable and biodegradable packaging materials across all product categories.
Manufacturing That Respects
People and Planet
Our 45,000 sq metre manufacturing facility in China was purpose-built with sustainability at its core. From rainwater harvesting and solar panels to dust extraction systems and LED lighting throughout, every aspect of our production environment has been designed to minimise environmental impact.
We employ over 400 skilled craftspeople, providing above-market wages, comprehensive health benefits, and ongoing skills development. We believe that sustainable manufacturing must be equally sustainable for the people who make it possible.
