Standard Warranty Coverage

All furniture manufactured by Zhobai carries a 3-year structural warranty from the date of handover, covering defects in materials and workmanship arising from normal commercial use.

What Is Covered

• Structural failures and joint separations
• Delamination of veneers, laminates, and surface materials
• Hardware failures including hinges, drawer runners, and locks
• Fabric and upholstery defects not caused by wear or misuse
• Finish defects including blistering, peeling, or abnormal fading
• Dimensional changes beyond specified tolerances

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear consistent with commercial use
• Damage caused by misuse, accident, or modification
• UV fading beyond specified light exposure limits
• Damage from improper cleaning agents or maintenance
• Damage caused by pests, moisture, or environmental conditions beyond specification

Making a Warranty Claim

Contact your dedicated Zhobai project manager with photographic evidence of the defect, the item reference number, and a description of the issue. We will acknowledge all claims within 48 hours and provide a resolution plan within 5 business days.

Warranty Remediation

Accepted claims will be resolved by repair of the affected component, supply of a replacement component, or replacement of the complete item — at Zhobai's discretion based on the nature of the defect and the most practical resolution for the property.

Extended Warranty

Extended warranty coverage of up to 5 years is available for all Zhobai projects. Extended warranty packages include annual condition inspections and a dedicated spare parts allocation. Contact our after-sales team for pricing.
